Standard Warranty Coverage

MYJEWR offers a 2-year limited warranty on eligible jewelry items from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.

If your jewelry has a covered manufacturing issue within the warranty period, we may repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or offer store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.

What Is Covered

Our standard warranty may cover the following issues:

Manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship

Broken clasps, chains, or settings caused by a production defect

Loose or missing stones caused by a setting issue, not by impact or misuse

Missing or incorrect engraving compared with the original order details

Other confirmed quality issues caused during production

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidents, or improper care. Examples include:

Scratches, dents, fading, or general signs of daily wear

Lost or stolen jewelry

Damage caused by dropping, impact, pulling, bending, or crushing

Water, perfume, lotion, chemicals, cleaning products, or chlorine exposure

Damage caused by not following our Jewelry Care Guide

Unauthorized repairs, resizing, alterations, or modifications

Personalized details submitted incorrectly by the customer

Natural changes in appearance caused by long-term use

Repairs, Replacements, and Store Credit

If your item qualifies for warranty service, MYJEWR will review the issue and provide the most suitable solution. Depending on the case, we may offer:

Complimentary repair

Replacement with the same item, if available

Replacement with a comparable item

Store credit for future purchase

The final solution will depend on the product condition, availability of parts, customization details, and the nature of the issue.

Warranty Claim Processing

Warranty claims are usually reviewed within 7 business days after we receive the required information.

If your claim is approved, our Customer Care Team will provide the next steps. This may include return instructions, repair guidance, replacement details, or a prepaid return label when applicable.

Please note that not every claim will require a return. In some cases, clear photos may be enough for our team to assess the issue.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care Team and provide the following information:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

A brief description of what happened

Photos of the full item, including the damaged area

Any relevant customization details, such as engraving, birthstone selection, or photo design

Providing complete information helps us review your claim more quickly and accurately.

Important Claim Timeframe

After opening a warranty claim, please submit all requested information within 2 weeks. If the required details are not provided within this period, we may not be able to continue processing the claim.

Warranty coverage is only available during the valid warranty period. If you contact us after the warranty has expired, we may be unable to provide free warranty service.

Optional 5-Year Jewelry Protection Plan

For customers who want extra peace of mind, MYJEWR may offer an optional 5-Year Jewelry Protection Plan on selected products.

This plan is designed for customers who wear their jewelry often and want extended support beyond the standard warranty period.

5-Year Protection Plan Benefits

Depending on the product and plan terms, the protection plan may include:

Extended repair coverage for qualified jewelry issues

Support for eligible accidental damage

Free resizing for eligible items

Priority customer service

Faster claim handling when available

Additional protection beyond the standard 2-year warranty

The 5-Year Jewelry Protection Plan is optional, available at an additional cost, and may only apply to selected products. Availability and coverage details will be shown on the product page or at checkout when applicable.
