At MYJEWR, we want every piece of jewelry to feel meaningful, beautiful, and thoughtfully made. Whether you choose a personalized design or a ready-to-wear piece, our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly made, missing details, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. Our Customer Care Team will review your request and help provide a suitable solution.

Return Eligibility

New and unworn items may be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, depending on the product type and the reason for return.

Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Personalized jewelry is made specially for each customer based on selected names, engravings, photos, birthstones, messages, or other custom details. Because of this, personalized items are generally eligible for exchange or store credit, rather than a cash refund, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly made by MYJEWR.

Personalized Jewelry Returns

Personalized items are created according to the information provided at checkout. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Personalized jewelry may be eligible for exchange or store credit if:

The item arrives damaged

The item is made incorrectly compared with the order details

The wrong item is received

A required personalization detail is missing due to our error

There is a confirmed production or quality issue

Personalized items may not be eligible for refund or exchange if the submitted customization information was incorrect, misspelled, incomplete, or changed after production began.

Non-Personalized Jewelry Returns

Non-personalized jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund if it is:

Unworn

Unused

Undamaged

In its original packaging when possible

Returned with prior approval from our Customer Care Team

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper care may not be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care Team before sending anything back.

Your original item must be returned and inspected before a replacement item can be produced or shipped. For personalized exchanges, production of the new item will begin only after the original return has been approved.

Exchange availability may depend on product condition, customization details, inventory, and production feasibility.

Store Credit

In some cases, MYJEWR may offer store credit as a resolution. Store credit may be issued for eligible personalized returns, approved exchanges, price difference adjustments, or other customer service cases.

If a price difference refund is approved, it will be provided in the form of store credit. Cash refunds may not be available for price difference requests.

The store credit amount will be based on the difference between the original purchase price and the eligible adjusted price at the time of review.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly made, or missing components, please contact us promptly.

Clear photos or videos of the item

A photo of the full product and packaging

A close-up photo showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the information and provide next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Return Approval Required

All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

MYJEWR uses a designated return address for approved returns. Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from our Customer Care Team.

Returns sent to the wrong address, sent without approval, or sent without proper return information may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for return.

If the return is caused by a MYJEWR error, such as a damaged item, defective item, wrong product, or incorrect personalization, we may provide return instructions and a prepaid return label when applicable.

If the return is due to personal preference, incorrect customer-submitted information, or a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, we may begin processing or production quickly, especially for personalized items.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation may only be possible before the item has entered production or shipped.

After 2 hours, or once production has started, we may not be able to cancel the order. In such cases, we may offer exchange or store credit depending on the order status and product type.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when applicable.

Please allow time for the refund to be reviewed, processed, and reflected by your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Store credit, when issued, will be sent according to the instructions provided by our Customer Care Team.

Gift Cards

Purchased gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
