At MYJEWR, we want your jewelry to arrive safely and beautifully. Delivery time includes both the time needed to prepare your order and the time needed for shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please note that personalized, engraved, photo-customized, or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, customize, inspect, and pack your order before it is shipped.

Processing time may vary by product type:

Ready-to-ship or popular styles may be processed within 1–3 business days.

Personalized, engraved, birthstone, photo-customized, or made-to-order items may take approximately 5–8 business days.

The estimated processing time may vary depending on product design, customization details, order volume, and production schedule.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the estimated delivery time after your order has been dispatched from our facility.

Shipping times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, carrier service, weather conditions, customs clearance, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping to the United States

MYJEWR offers shipping options for customers in the United States. Available shipping methods and rates may be displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery address.

Standard Shipping:

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Free standard shipping may be available for eligible orders that meet the required order amount

Express Shipping:

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Additional shipping fees may apply

Please note that express shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or certain military addresses. These addresses may only be eligible for standard shipping.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially higher-value purchases.

If a signature is required, the carrier may ask an adult recipient to sign for the package at the time of delivery. Please make sure the shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

International Shipping

MYJEWR may offer international shipping to many countries and regions. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

For international orders, the final shipping options and fees will be shown during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country or region and may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Some countries or regions may not be available for delivery due to shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, customs regulations, or temporary service interruptions.

Shipping Restrictions

Express shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, military addresses, remote areas, or certain international destinations.

Some locations may only support standard shipping. If your address is not eligible for a specific shipping method, available options will be displayed at checkout.

MYJEWR may not be able to process or ship orders to countries or regions restricted by applicable laws, regulations, carrier policies, or payment service limitations.

Shipping Delays

Estimated shipping times are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, MYJEWR will continue to assist where possible, but final delivery speed may depend on the carrier’s service schedule.

You can use this information to follow your package status and estimated delivery progress.

If your tracking information has not updated immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh after the package is scanned.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

MYJEWR is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but address changes may not be possible once the package has been dispatched.

Lost or Returned Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or returned to sender, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the shipment status and help determine the next steps based on the carrier’s information and the order situation.
